Enhance Your Music Creativity ! 

Music Technology Workshop
June 6-9, 2011    9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Cumberland University
School of Music and Fine Arts
Lebanon, Tennessee 

This four-day workshop will cover printing and notating music with Finale PrintMusic, using loops, and computer-based midi and audio recording with Apple GarageBand and Logic Pro Audio. The workshop will also cover creating background accompaniments with Band-In-A-Box.  Other subjects covered will be making lead sheets and recording demo CD’s. 

The Workshop will be held in Cumberland’s new Music Technology Lab which contains Apple i-Mac computers configured to use the latest music production software.    Participants should have a basic knowledge of notation in treble and bass clefs.   See link to application below.

The workshop will be conducted by Glenn Martin, instructor of Music Technology at Cumberland University.   Cost:  $150.00
